Each Lesson plan contains five lessons. The lessons are designed for one or two 45-minute class periods. Individual lessons focus on one of the five character traits and a period of Texas History. All Lesson Plans conform to Texas Essential Knowledge standards. Lesson plans are annotated with links and all supplemental pages are provided. Please click the set of lesson plans for the grade level you are teaching, download and print the pdf file.
Full color posters are available for each lesson. They are offered in a downloadable pdf file in two sizes, 8.5x11 and 11x17. Please click the size you would like to use, download then print and display for your students.
